Graham and Guthrie have been leading the charge by the looks. We're consistently blowing out of our backsides from 60 mins. Granted today the lads have put a shift in but they just couldn't maintain it.

Mates raving about Mahoney though. He'll have suitors one would imagine.

Mahoney probably secured himself a move away from Ewood today

the sad fact is we playing well but 2 bad goals to give away means we will lose again, the team needs to learn how to defend, ie second goal centre half should be standing sideways and not flat footed as he was

Will one of the esteemed "journalists" at the LT question Coyle on exactly why Mahoney isn't an instant starter?

Flying Feeney is one of the top wingers outside of the premier league. Did you not know?

Couldn't we put Feeney at RB and Mahoney in front of him? All we'd have to do is bench Jason Lo-oh, never mind.

‪Not good enough to be in the draw. Not bad enough to embarrass the owners. Meh ‬

Silver lining is prospecive buyers see us on TV and remember there's a solid club here still

The game's up for us this season. Another demonstration today of why we're going down. We concede goals far too easily and Coyle shows no sign of solving the problem.  It will be the same on Friday against Burton. Was thinking of going but it's pointless.

We need to play like this On Friday. We are good enough to stay on.

Performance was there. Good. Players played today.

But where has this performance been most of the season

No we're not good enough. Performances are irrelevant. We keep giving goals away.

A spirited display by an under strength Rovers side is the absolute last result we needed. Good to see that the Manc @#/?s have found their true position at the arse end of the Championship. Now let's regroup and chase the Rao family out of football!

We aren't playing Man Utd most of the season. It isn't hard for the players to motivate themselves to play against United. Burton, Wigan, Rotherham, etc, on the other hand...

Can't fault the lads today - very good performance. Can they do it on a winters night at Burton? My head says not a chance.

If we let Mahoney leave for peanuts (compensation) then it's just the latest in a long line of travesty's. The kid will be a player.

A spirited defeat. Does us no favours really.

Probably a 6 month extension for Coyle. He won't be sacked anytime soon though.

Watching Mahoney leave for nothing is going to hurt. The lad clearly had talent and should be starting games.

The absolute worst possible result.

1) We lost

2) Narrow 2-1 loss, gives the impression we are a battling team, nothing wrong going on, just a footballing problem of not being good enough. "What a great manager that Coyle is, so close to holding Man United, the fans really need to be grateful and back this manager and these owners!" What a joke.

I did not think this season could get any worse , but today just blew the lid off yet again. We have been murdered in cold blood, yet no one outside of our own fans will even recognise that.
