[Archived] Coyle sacked

We will just get another absolute kipper in.  Not sure why anyone is pleased. We managed to get a decent manager in Lambert then made him walk. If we do get someone of quality in (highly unlikely) the same will happen again.

Only real way out is Venkys to sell up.

Chris Sutton speaking brilliantly on Radio Lancs...telling it like it is.

I said 12 months ago we need a sportsman dinner with Sutton to raise money for the fight against Venkys or charity.

Someone get it sorted.

Had my 7 day old daughter asleep on me and checked the boards and saw this, nearly sent the poor child flying!

Brilliant news to see the back of Coyle.

Awful, awful manager, thoroughly dislikable bloke and a complete and total bullplop merchant.

Embarrassing to ever have to call this cretin the manager of my football team.

He's lucky that he came in after Kean or the opinion of him would be much, much lower.

Congratulations!

Radio Lancs

Sutton on after about 7 mins.

battersby came on just after 7pm and battered them as well. Serious anti venkys momentum at present. This has to be backed up now by everyone in the fans groups and fans alike. They are the clearest of enemies and our entire problem now.

How I have waited for this, but only in advance of the shysters packing up and p*ssing off. The problem now, and will always be the choice of replacement and why. Who will choose? Senior has no idea, neither has anyone else in any sort of authority. Why now, and what plan. After what, eight managers in seven years, chances are they will get it right? None in my view.

Must be seen in any age/era/set of circumstances as a mercenary who had no intention of doing right by this club. He might live locally, but has disrespected a very proud club and taken the Indian rupee. A disgrace and should be seen slightly above Coco, and that is no compliment.

Not that I care now but no doubt he'll end up in some random country  half way round the world ala Kean. No English club will touch him.

Hopefully, I don't see how it's right that he is constantly rewarded for being bad at his job.

Although saying that, going abroad will probably increase his wages anyway.

Come on #Venkys. @Rovers really matters to people, to the fans, to the community, to me. Start showing it some respect before it's too late!

Cheers colt thanks. You sense people on a wider stage are slowly waking up. This has to be the time. Coyle gone all anger now firmly points towards the chicken chokers

All the Sky stuff was ridiculously Pro Coyle but to be fair the guys in the studio did seem very concerned for Rovers and seemed to be holding back on what they were saying.

Just wonder if Coyle has bailed and all the agency boys are in overdrive stacking it all on Venkys before the club goes bang ?  Admin in March ?

What a great guy Sutton is, love his passion and honesty

I do too, allot of neutrals detest him on tv but i find him very different and a breath of fresh air compared to the cliche pundits.
