speeeeeeedie Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 Coyle's firing got me thinking. He has now failed at his 4th successive club; Bolton, Wigan, Houston, and now Rovers. He should never be given another job in football management. With Steve K**n a given, and no Tony Mowbray jokes, what other football "managers" should be banished for good?

chaddyrovers Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 Alan Curbishley hasnt a look in since his West Ham days. Dont know why tho. Gary Megson Brian Laws
frosty Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 Stuart Pearce. Might get an initial lift due to his motivation but things always very quickly go very pear-shaped.
Guest Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 Paul Ince... He got totally found out at Rovers and has had an abysmal time ever since.
Gav Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Chris Waddle talks a right load of cr@p on BBC radio, much like his managerial skills. Paul 'Thick as pig sh1t' Merson, robbing a living. John Gregory just walked away.
JPTSwindon Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Alan Pardew Gareth Southgate, err... My missus on her constant need to reload a game on Footy Manager when she is struggling (she is a Dingle) - annoyingly she now have them 6th in the Premier League, most unacceptable
tomphil Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Anyone remotely connected to SEM/KENTARO or their newco.

matt83 Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 While Rovers exist and the Venkys are calling the shots there's no manager that's unemployable. They'll give any lame donkey a go.

yoda Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Claudio Ranieri now it would seem, wrong decision by Leicester I think

They seriously will struggle to stay up now. What ranieri did for them should have given him a job for life. They bought some poor players in the summer and the best player's from last year have failed him.

He got lucky getting the job in the first place with his recent track record and in the fact that all the top teams had an off season. He used all his luck up in one season. This season his luck ran out. He'll be in another job by summer though.
speeeeeeedie Posted April 18, 2017 Author Posted April 18, 2017 I'm adding a few more to the list. Gianfranco Zola. Tony Adams (now bizarrely at Granada in Spain but I doubt for long). Gary Neville.
RevidgeBlue Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 Stuart Pearce. Wonderful player but no surprise he's tanked as a manager when you hear him as a co commentator on Talk Sport. Barely literate and thick as 2 short planks.
Sparks Rover Posted April 18, 2017 Posted April 18, 2017 I always wondered why Martin Allen keeps getting jobs and getting sacked again, repeat.......

But he had Beany (I think??) the horse on the side lines with him. A sure fire winning tactic.
