G Somerset Rover Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 What a terrible 11 on paper tonight. Feeling even less confident than earlier today. Akpan Lowe and Bennett CM. Jesus wept.

frosty Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Steele; Nyambe, Lenihan, Mulgrew, Williams; Feeney, Lowe, Akpan, Conway, Bennett; Gallagher. Raya, Hoban, Emnes, Joao, Mahoney, Brown, Guthrie. Not sure we can afford to have the ability of Joao, Emnes and Mahoney on the bench when we need wins, but happy to be proven wrong. COYB
RV Blue Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 That is really worrying, looks like Mowbray doesn't have a clue after all!

Look at the way Reading play. Their 3 man midfield is quality and played well against last team. Lets behind them instead of moaning before we started the game

Unless you have something constructive to add, stop talking sh1te. Looks 4-5-1 formation. A point here wouldn't be the worst result so can see his thinking. Still think we can sneak a win though.
G Somerset Rover Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 What I would say with that side is it's imperative we don't concede early as no doubt our game plan is to sneak one and hold out.

Dunnfc Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Akpan to have a stormer. What's his odds for a goal? 27 minutes ago, Dunnfc said: What's that though? He reverted to 4-5-1 in the last game after 65 mins? On the cards... Practicing against BHA.
1arC Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Let the battle commence. We need to keep tight for an hour and if we are still level, then we go for it. The two other games down there, taking place tonight, kick off earlier than us and we will know with 15 minutes to go, how we are placed. I would be happy with a point tonight, so long as Bristol City and Forest don't win. The nerves are kicking in, as we all know this is showtime!
philipl Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Looks like Mulgrew is crocked- this could be a relegation defining moment.
G Somerset Rover Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Mulgrew crocked badly by the sounds. Not good at all for tonight or our survival hopes. Oh well, at least Scotland got 180 minutes out of him...
chaddyrovers Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Mulgrew injured. On a strecher Hoban coming on
cesus Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Mulgrew injured according to twitter, is that the fat lady warming her vocal chords?!?
G Somerset Rover Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 1-0. What did I say about the early goal? I can't see the personnel in the 11 to get us back in this. Once again our defensive frailties showing why we're likely heading for League One.
grizfoot Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Steele should have done better with that.... Which is something of a catchphrase around these parts.
