The 3 of you (not just the quoted poster), knock it on the head or take it to DMs, this has no place on a football thread.

Which is what I told him in the first place never mind the other squirt who runs around winding people up regularly predictably chipping in.

I have literally zero respect or affinity with any member of the playing staff. They can all go for me. A bunch of overpaid, underachieving mercenaries with little respect or in common for the lasting institution they represent. Understandable in some respects with the pathetic leadership displayed from above.

Absolutely...THE worst Rovers side in my living memory.

You did and for that I thank you.

Now, back to the football.

Up until the last few games under TM we have been good, a couple of bad appearances at the worst possible time has not helped things at all.

I will be truly devastated if we lose and unfortunately I feel that if we get nothing I do not think we will stay up.

My dearest Blackburn Rovers, please please please please get a win from this game, give the faithful travelling fans a good day and a good night out- the least they deserve what has been a woeful season.

Reports that Steele and Graham are out for Friday.

If Steele is out then that is fantastic news.

A glimmer of hope

Rumour on the grapevine those at the Dingledome are organising a flyover plane for an upcoming game... is it too early at Forest?

Oh how original.

If Steele is indeed 'ruled out' I would regard that as a tactical 'ruling out', as an act of kindness/desperation rather than genuine injury.

It's a pity he wasn't 'ruled out' last August.

Steele appeared to injure his ankle early on in the Barnsley game. The Rovers physio spent some time behind the goal talking to him as the game was going on. Raya went through a strenuous work out with the goalkeeping coach at half time and I was surprised when Steele appeared for the second half.

No problem with that as long as they put 'Venky's Out' on it.

Well spotted I did wonder at the time if there was going to be a switch at half time as it did look like Raya was getting ready to come on.

My team

Decent team that Chaddy, bar Emnes who is a liability, especially away from home. I don't think our midfield is good enough to play with 2 up front.

Do we know who this coach was given Phil Hughes had left with Coyle?

Another downgrade from academy?

Ben Benson, the Under-23/Academy, goalkeeping coach took over on a temporary basis until the end of the season.  He continues to work with the Under-23's and presumably Mowbray will appoint his own goalkeeping coach in the summer.

Ben Benson from.the academy/under 23's.

Mowbray has said he will bring one in permanent in the summer. Who? I dont know tbh. Maybe Dean Kiely from Norwich. Was his GK coach during Mowbray's time at WBA.

So no downgrade at all. But you clearly have a problem with our coaches at the academy and promote from within

And only 19 clean sheets during that time....

I am quite frankly amazed that it is so many. It proves there are a lot of poor teams in the Championship whoses coaches are not watching enough vids.
