Absolutely shambolic, didn't deserve the point.

Mowbray duped us with a bit of a false dawn with 2 wins early on, if we had showed this performance today, or v Barnsley, or had a run of games like this under Coyle, he'd have been rightly ripped to pieces, I know Coyle needed to go but I wouldn't trust Mowbray to get us back up, because we are doomed, 3 wins from a decent number of games, still in the relegation zone, still conceding early goals, still a disorganised mess. Suppose the players are the constant between them and hes not going to perform miracles but the more games that pass, the more question marks appear.

Why try a formation like he has suddenly that takes time to adapt to with such few games remaining? Nyambe isnt a centre back, Bennett and Williams aren't wing backs, Gallagher had no support, Feeney playing drifting in from the left, they are bad enough as it is.

Players like Williams, Akpan, Lowe, Feeney, they need to go even if we get relegated. Why is Guthrie sat on the bench when he is the only fit central midfielder that can keep hold of the ball and pass to a team mate? Why is our biggest goal threat under Mowbray playing at wing back, then right back? Why is Feeney picked over Conway?

Absolutely no hope from today, even if Birmingham lost all 3 I wouldn't put money on us staying up. Mahoney is the most timid player i've ever seen, terrified of getting hurt. Apart from his goal Gallagher was an embarrassment, where is Stokes? Need Graham back for Saturday, that's for sure.

Bet Bristol City fans were laughing every time the ball was near Williams, yet people seem to think he is a competent left back, hes a joke. Nyambe was like a rabbit in the headlights. Ward looked much more assured than Hoban I would say. The central midfielders were possibly the worst of the bunch, I'd say it was between Akpan and Feeney actually.

Never been more ashamed of a Rovers team than the crap today.

A lot of players didn't really show up today.

The biggest disappointment for me was Mahoney.  I thought he was going to be a real player for us but today, I think his bottle went.

We apparently played purely today. All season long we've shipped goals, we've got a significant injury list, you've admitted are reliant on other teams doing badly and we've won ten all season long. Less than one in four.

The odds favour us going down

Yes I did.

However, we are much closer to safety than we were before a ball was kicked on Friday.

I think the 4 points gained will prove to be huge in the final reckoning.

Whose shoes would you prefer to be in as a fan - Brum's or ours ?  I think it's a no brainer.

Yeah it is a no brainer I'd rather be the team 3 points and 2 places above the team in the relegation zone.

The reality is we've had enough chances to get out of this recently (preston, Barnsley, today) and each time we've bottled it. And we will do again

Brum - they've got 3 more points than us with 3 games to play. That's using a brain.

Oh..... and Zola has resigned, so they're due a no boss bounce.

Mahoneys young and not fully developed, not the strongest player yet so I think today it caught up with him that's all. Grafted away in the last 2 games but run out of steam now and really should have been impact guy again today it's a bit naïve trying to rely on him game in game out.

I just  cant understabd why he went with 1 up front agaibst that crap.  Gallagher looked isolated.  Plus, Mahoney out of position, Feeney playing some sort of left sided central midfield role. Of all people who dont have the heart for central midfield its feeney. Mowbray thought he would swamp the midfield and keep he ball, but theiir 4 were better than our 5.  Lowe is a cabbage.  Shoukd have changed it 20 minutes in.

The guy who looked most uncomfortable out of everyone was Williams who was being employed as a sort of left wing back but who wouldn't venture forward.

Looked like a fish on a bike and completely stifled us down that side in the first half.

When Mahoney wasn't starting every game, the majority of posters on here were calling on him to start.

Said it all season, he's appalling. He looks a center half at best playing left back usually.

Ball always getting played in behind him, he's weak in the tackle, fears to venture forwards especially odd when Conway can usually drop back and cover.

Lowe man of the match? There was no man of the match.

Very disappointed that players took first half as "this should be easy because we beat Forest last week".

If Jason Lowe is the man of any match, then it should be absolutely free for everyone watching, such must be the low standard of football on show.

I am so angry after that game.

We just did not turn up.  20 minutes of huff and puff after Gally scored against the run of play (the only thing he did in 95 minutes); TM got the team set up wrong again.....one player up front, we looked like the away side.

On that performance we deserve to go down.  The JW looked quite full today....for the last time for a long time.

What a useful bunch of yellow bellied 'footballers'.  Akapan and Feeney have been stealing a living.

Yep and he should have started a few earlier on but like all young guys he needs managing correctly especially when games come thick and fast.
