Horrific news this morning that ex premier league player and Spurs u23 coach Ugo Ehiogu had a cardiac arrest on the training pitch and has died.

Oh God, no. Every time this happens it makes me appreciate how lucky I was to survive a similar incident in 2003.

 

RIP big man. I hope he didn't suffer. His family will be all over the place.

His last tweet talked about giving a tenner to a homeless girl, with the message #passiton (or similar). It's being spread around to donate to homeless charities in his memory, what a wonderful tribute that would be.

Sad.  It makes you realise we are only on this planet for seconds.  I guess he was like a dad to some of the youngsters at Spurs.
