Black has previously worked at Birmingham, Wigan and Sunderland and is highly regarded within the game. Eric Black is Rovers' third assistant manager of the season. John Jensen was relieved of his duties and Paul Clement left earlier this month to join Paris St Germain. A delighted Steve Kean, talking to Rovers' official website (www.rovers.co.uk), said: "I am delighted that Eric has agreed to come on board. He is someone with extensive coaching experience at the highest level and I feel sure he will play a key role over the coming months." View full article
