Although Rovers went closest to opening the scoring in the first half, it was the home side that always looked the more comfortable. They took a deserved lead when Hanley's error allowed Chadwick to slot the ball home. It was the former United man who then doubled the lead thanks to Jake Kean's error in the Rovers goal. Rovers grabbed a consolation goal at the death through David Goodwillie, but it was too little, too late. "Kean Out" chants echoed around the stadium, with the away supporters making their feelings known after watching a disappointing display. View full article
