Eddie1363894574
Another poor first-half performance means that Rovers are behind at the break. Rovers started the better and looked good going forward, but poor defending saw them fall behind. A long ball from the 'Boro back saw Lukas Jutkiewicz win the flick-on and the striker continued his run to neatly finish off after being slipped through by Emnes. The goal completely changed the momentum in the match and Middlesbrough were on the front foot and controlling possession, testing the Rovers back four and Paul Robinson on several occasions. Rovers have made a habit of coming from behind this season, but they will have to be much improved if they are to grab the three points and extend their lead at the top of the table.
