In Podcast 57 former Blackburn with Darwen Council leader Sir Bill Taylor talks to BRFCS editor Wen Y Hu, assistant editor Eddie and SteB from BRFCS admin about the Blackburn Rovers united fans initiative, his forty-year association with Blackburn, the town's football club and the local community as well as his thoughts on new manager Michael Appleton and the administration of the club.

Sir Bill Taylor chairs the united fans initiative, an umbrella group of Rovers fans, groups, trusts, forums, fanzines and websites who were brought together in the spring of 2012 following the publication of the united statement by Blackburn Rovers fans in January 2012. Sir Bill has written to the Venky's on a number of occasions in an attempt to engage the owners in fruitful dialogue and has recently given presentations to global advisor Shebby Singh and issued an open statement.
