On Saturday the 13th may we were on a footy awaydays trip watching our local team CHORLEY FC in there play off final in Yorkshire .We were having a few tins with some rovers lads who I believe got on at Accrington..The rovers fans were talking of there dismay of following brfc and how all fun and banter as gone out of modern day football..This trip was to change all that for them...Everywhere you looked  noises of oh lanky lanky ,mat Jansen's black and white army ect by the hoards of fans who travelled over the pennies. The 7 or so lads joined our police frog march to a 'away' pub.loving the free spirit of the day the group joined us in the Chorley away end..old school standing,non stop singing, banter between fans,players giving 110%...These lads loved it!! there sick of what venkys have/are doing to there club, that day rekindled there faith in football.I hope to see them down Victory park or maybe another awaydays crack at Southport,Stockport or Salford..Your all welcome if your not at ewood park..good luck in your quest to getting rid of venkys!

Good post. I know a group of Rovers fans from Darwen who went to Halifax with you and really enjoyed it. Good luck next season
