When I saw the line up first I thought maybe Mulgrew was in midfield 

Is it just me who is starting to think that 3 at the back may not be a good idea? Our centre halves are relatively slow and not very physical. They will be up against two strikers most games.

Nyambe is fairly quick albeit not a very good footballer. The other two, particularly Ward, look like they're running through treacle. Not a fan of 3 at the back as I say - we're not exactly Chelsea. 4-4-2 for me.

Remember when we used to beat utd to titles and even after that give them tough games. Well tonight they are paying Real Madrid in the European Super Cup and we are away to Coventry in round 1 of the league cup. Nice one venkys

We better do a Chelsea soon else TM is gone for sure. He only has a couple of games to know his starting 11 as well his formations and tactics. Also the players need to gel fairly quickly.
