TM only focus is to get out league, finds it hard to rely on youth players to do this. Not a job for 19/20 year old lads. 

Impressed with Nuttall and Travis, Tomlinson dealing with personal issues ATM.

TM made it clear he wanted Bennett to sign a new contract.. club made it happen.

Chapman not starting is because as he said earlier it's a job for men. (most of what TM is saying now is what we read in telegraph)

Tomlinson has alot to do yet, needs to focus on football. Needs to deal with his issues hence why he brought Rekeem Harper in. 

Feels Harper is to get up to speed yet.. Thinks he has come in and is going to walk it.

Lenihan still on crutches, due off them in a couple of weeks.. due back on grass training at Xmas.

TM says extremely impressed with Grahams attitude in training. Certainly not sulking about not playing and is fighting to get back in team.

Admits Gladwin has been poor, says he has ability to beat 4 men and smash it in the net.. we've not seen the best of him, we've seen the worst of him.

January budget not discussed, has money left over from summer budget.. wanted to sign a mobile central defender but drifted away. 

He's only met owners once.

TM says he wants to show owners videos of potential signings and scout reports to show them he has a plan.. slightly frustrated he doesn't get opportunity to do that. 

TM has asked Bala to come to a game.. Bala says he will come to a game this season.

TM says communication lines with owners must improve. Wants them to come to a supporters meeting but knows why they don't as they would get a torrent of abuse from supporters. 

What are they getting out of ownership? TM doesn't know. 

Maybe it's because they don't want failure on their CV he says.

Question to MC, is contract extension for TM being discussed? TM wouldn't let Mc answer.. says he's not interested yet, he simply needs to win more games first.

TM says he would expect to lose his job if he doesn't get out of the league this season

TM amazed by left back at Bury in checkatrade other night. Can't believe he's playing for Bury and that we didn't know about him.

Decision to postpone games is Mowbrays decision. Says Mulgrew is one of the best players and he wouldn't be able to sleep for days if he chose to play a game without him and we got beat.
