So we're defending a point but bring Chapman on when under pressure with a man less?

Make your mind up Tony.

Would love him to set up a hat trick. TM would still drop him next match.

Bennett was slid in on quite hard by the Wigan player, and passed the ball on to a teammate IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PITCH. It is ridiculous to even make the assertion he dived. We were still in possession...

Wouldn't be surprised to see Smallwood subbed as he's on a yellow, TM won't want to go down to 9.

It’d give that negative boring b*****d Mobray an excuse for dropping 2 or 3 points.

Looked a very harsh sending off but other than receiving two cards you'd have struggled  to remember whether he was on the pitch or not. 

Doubt the sending off will make much difference to the result. We never had a shot wirh eleven on the pitch and it'll depend on whether Wigan are good enough to break us down.

Good point. I think we lost the chance for 3 pts before start whistle, when Mowbray selected the players.

Playing better with ten than eleven which says all you need to know about Bennett.

Referee surpassed the Bennett sending off by booking Chapman when the defender threw himself down in front of him to con the referee into awarding  a free kick.

Sorry but that's rubbish. The red card happened not long after two fantastic runs down the left by Conway which ended in him setting up Dack. We were looking the more likely to score at that point until the sending off. Ref killed this game as a contest.

Credit to the players for trying to keep it relatively calm out there with this ref. We have had a few chances to score and if we managed to somehow nick this game, it would be a tremendous boost to our confidence. But 0-0 is looking like a good result right now.

Happy with that, I thought a point was good before kick off so under the circumstances that's a great point

That ref needs looking into.  And I think Tony needs to go.. Wigan were nothing   they didn't look like this leauges best side.  Didn't cut us open..I think if we were braver we would of beat them   ref helped them a lot today every thing went there way and even with ten men they couldn't beat us. I expected a drubbing but Wigan were a nothing side

Under the circumstances and yet another poor referee, a point is a good result. One point closer to Shrewsbury at least.
