Agree with a lot of that,but his recruitment hasn't been all bad. Probably more good than bad actually being fair. It's just he is past in when it comes to managing and motivating modern players. 

If a manager played our best players in a proper formation,we would be doing a lot better. It's simple.

Thing is our ratio of shots on target is usually very poor.
