Don't see this Jason Lowe speculation. Smallwood is a vast improvement. Jason Lowe only got a twelve month contract out of Harry . Hasn't featured since September when he did his hamstring. Missed a lot of games in recent years due injuries.

Luckily, Akpan is at Burton (?) unsure where (if anywhere) Henley is.

Lowe's injury record is another big reason to avoid, as if we needed any more reasons.

Henley has had trials with Blackpool and also Portsmouth in November still believed to be unattached.

I would be afraid that Lowe would give Smallwood his bad habits. At the end of the day,Lowe made his decision to leave. Let's respect that decision.

A huge fall from grace for the boy. First team appearances in the PL, Welsh international, now can't even win a contract in League 1... and he's only 23.

One of my favourite J-Lo moments was in his last game at Brentford. He let the ball run across his body, looked up, carried on looking up and then watched the ball run out of play for a throw in. Class.

I've probably been one of the biggest critics of Whittingham on here but I'd have him over Lowe any day of the week, it's not even close.

If you had an injury that needed careful managing but wouldn't have much chance of getting a contract anywhere else who would you call .......
