Go well, Dacky. Some fantastic performances for this club and a player that was universally loved and has never said a bad word about us.

Totally appalled by some of the comments i've seen from 'Rovers fans' - mostly on X - seemingly mocking him for having two major injuries. No wonder players don't want to stay here for their full career.

Would it be any different on that cesspit if it was any other set of fans? Trolls being trolls.

Difficult to forget Dack, Butterworth and certain others having a laugh and congratulating Fulham after they dealt us our worst ever home defeat. It'll always stick in the craw for me and prove that the attitude was not right at the club under TM. 

With that said, it's obviously a shame how things ended up for Dack. Sometimes it isn't meant to be. If his body is struggling after injuries I'm not sure League 2 is going to help much, but good luck to him anyway.

He'll absolutely tear league two in half. Having the two massive injuries he had can't take away his sheer class.
