JacknOry Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Far too much for them - they will come to park but with the quality up front we have and what we will no doubt have from the bench now...im going 3-0

Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Somebody is going to get a tonking off this Rovers side...so going 5_1 No doubt the cobblers will nick it 1 0 now.

Mattyblue Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Just an observation, but in recent years I remember many a match thread still on the first page by KO. Now it couldn’t be more different, yes it’s the third tier, but it isn’t it great to be on the up for a change!
robbojohnno Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 I think it could be a high scoring one here. 5-2 Rovers.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Promotion is in our hands, make it count today Rovers ..no mercy!!
47er Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Nervous as a kitten about this one. Just the sort of game where we slip up. I suppose I'll be like this until we make 1st or second a certainty.

benhben Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Random question Thinking of going to the northampton game. Does anyone know what row back the pillars are positioned in the riverside stand? Dont want to buy a ticket stuck behind one.

Tyrone Shoelaces Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Great day for football. Nice slick pitch with the all rain. If you can't play today you should give it up.
Doug Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Really rooking forward to the match, gonna go 3-1 Rovers, Graham, Dack and Charlie boy. Don't think they will bring many, so I guess around 10,000 of us. COYB
Mattyblue Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Think they are expecting to have around a 1000
jim mk2 Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Far too much over-confidence and hubris on here. They're a hard-working side and we could easily have lost the away match I'll settle for 1-0
markhayhurst Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Prediction. Payne in starting line-up instead of Conway?

Backroom Tom Posted January 27, 2018 Backroom Posted January 27, 2018 Same team named Can't complain but I would have liked to see Armstrong or Payne in to try and blow them away early
davulsukur Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 A strong bench with Payne, Bell, Armstrong & Nuttall.
blueboy3333 Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 The right decision to keep an unchanged winning team imo. They all know if they don't perform they'll be dropped next game. Can't say i'm a big fan of Samuel though.
Gogger Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Thought Samuel was poor last game, not a winger. Feel like Graham would get more to work with someone who can beat a man, and place a pass on either of the wings. Edit: All though I can see the need for some size/muscle on the pitch, which neither Armstrong or Payne gives us.
blueboy3333 Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Their keeper ftom the away game is only on the bench. We'll get him when he warms up.

Especially so for away fans. The trouble is, it’s a sign that the quality of the squad that Venkys have de facto assembled that we’ve had to drop to the third tier to compete.
tomphil Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 Like Venkys you can't second guess TM we want a winning team unchanged but then when you get a raft of exiting new players in you expect changes like there usually is every week and get non. He doesn't seem to like really going for it from the off despite what he says but there is at least pressure on the starting regulars now to give it a good go with that bench breathing down their necks.
