G Somerset Rover Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Armstrong could have had a hat-trick. Lad needs to take a chance.

Miker Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Nyambe fell over way too easily for their goal, not really good enough there. He's been impressive going forward and supporting attacks, but he gets caught out a lot in defence. I thought he was at fault for Northampton's equaliser as well.
AdamRochina Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Should've been at least 4 or 5 ..shocking conversion rate.. Then some soft defending plus a blatant foul and they get a goal
Backroom DE. Posted January 30, 2018 Backroom Posted January 30, 2018 Somebody hide that post before JAL sees it!

Armstrong, the jury is still out, looked good in parts, cracking save for his second effort but should have at least one. Williams, has looked piss poor at centre half. Nyambe, maybe a little soft for their goal, still not convinced on him defensively but looks twice the player from start of the season, seems to have decent ball control. Bell, hasn't had too much to do but looked impressive. Dack, fairly quiet, been involved in bits. Graham, scores when he wants. The closing down has impressed me the most, winning most of those loose balls in the middle and final 1/3 hopefully we haven't worn ourselves out for the second half. Still going with my original 4-1
Bigdoggsteel Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 I have a bad feeling about this. How many times can we batter teams only to miss chance after chance? It's come back to bite us plenty of times this season.
blueboy3333 Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 We are playing well in patches, still a bit too much needless slow passing across the back four. Armstrong and dack have both missed good chances. Payne looks lively, need to get hin central. Dack is quite quiet again. Graham has been excellent. He's already dedicated his imminent hattrick to @Revidge Blue
Guest Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Think we'll grind it out 3-2. Walsall to get a 71st minute equaliser, and us to get a winner in the 87th minute. It's a no-Mercer.
AdamRochina Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Its frustrating to know we should be out of site
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Walsall are poor. Early goal second half and we win this 5 1

Guest Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Thinking about it, 3-2 with us taking the lead first. Walsall with a 68th minute consolation to keep us on edge. It's a no-Mercer. Edit: Dack scored! Prediction looking on now.
G Somerset Rover Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Now let’s get a bloody 4th - no letting them back into it.

benhben Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 exactly the start we neèded. Looking forward to Lenihan coming back.
Gogger Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Just wow, wonder whats wrong with Bell because he looks a right gem!
JacknOry Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 7-0 in corners - probably a good thing as we would concede.
