Well and wins a win, but boy did Mowbray make hard work of that. Obviously delighted with the 3 points and being top of the pile, but it’s very frustrating to see us play so well once the formation and change of personnel happened. If we’d set up like that it would have been game over before half time.

Payne must start, as a minimum, every home game, while Dack needs wrapping in cotton wool as he’ll be the difference in us playing either League One or Championship football next season. He’s a class above and then some.

Just stop over thinking Tony. You really aren’t as clever as you think you are. Let’s take the 3 points and move on.

Easy in the end, awful opposition but took some Dack magic to get us going

Terrible first 60 minutes. Once we got the second and brought Payne on we settled down and looked much better. Dack was the difference tonight, as he has been so many times this season. We're very fortunate to have him.

Mowbray maybe got it wrong but we won and are top thats all we could do.

He has to learn from it though as we won't get many games against teams that bad.

Lovely to take the chance and do our bit of the deal for once

The guys is far to good for this league - if we want to keep him, we better get up.

Dack is just class. How he is still playing in league 1 is beyond me.

Really don't want to see Evans in the blue and white halves again.

Payne was excellent when he came on.

He's 57 and he doesn't learn. Shame, something wobbly going on in his head there.

Shouldn’t even be in TM’s mind to ever play 3-5-2 again, awful.

Evans is done, a truly abysmal effort from him tonight. Can’t make an impression against 2nd bottom of league one.

Williams is also poor, he’s lucky to have made it to 50 games in a row.

Excellent news! They will be further distracted and Powell went off with a hamstring injury as well.

Yep, good result, and first clean sheet this year. I've seen us play bad halves with 4-4-2 and 4-5-1; not sure how much the 3-5-2 had to do with a poor first half, or how much it had to do with the clean sheet (Bury were largely shooting from outside the penalty area, despite the favourable-looking stats), but I think that will be Mowbray's preferred choice.

Banana skin dealt with, onto the next!
