Mattyblue Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 I'm sure I've seen away fans in all of the side stand at Walsall before...

OxSouthernRover Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Christ, Gonna be more nearly more Rovers fans in the ground. Too big for League 1!

If so, would like to see some kicking the ball away from a free kick shenanigans or something in this game. I wouldn't mind him getting booked for over celebrating his winning goal, against Wigan preferably.
OJRovers Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Let’s just hope that 3-5-2 doesn’t come out of the tombola.
Admiral Nelsen Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Rovers twitter saying we've requested a third allocation, only a couple of hundred extra.
G Somerset Rover Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 There will be more Rovers fans than Home fans on the face of it given their attendances this season. Another fantastic effort.

SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 We could barely take 400 to Goodison Park for a Premierleauge Fixture? Suppose in times of need fans will pull together.

old darwen blue Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Was Sam the manager? The only reason I ask is because he certainly put me off going away when we were playing a “big” side.
roversfan99 Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Back to the 4 at the back that has served us well. Payne and Nyambe in for Evans and Williams. High intensity, pressing, attacking football from the off. And get at least some of the corners into the box.
tomphil Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Just the kind of game where we could get bullied again if they aren't at the races mentally so let's start this as we finished the last one. No excuse for trying square pegs in round holes now everyone is getting fit again the best 11 to start should pick itself but ..... Walsall 1 Rovers 1
Sparks Rover Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 With tonight's result it should really give the lads a boost. Shrewsbury have a tough game at Charlton
Oldgregg86 Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Can't see anything but a comfortable rovers win. Outplayed and outfought at ewood. Not a very physical side playing at home they should be looking to attack. With us potentially having more fans than them that should be quite demoralizing on there behalf and get our lads raring to go 3-1 rovers. Payne to net his first in a rovers shirt and Armstrong to continue his scoring form
Guest Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 I think this is going to be a toughie. Walsall are a strong side at home (they've lost just 3 at home all season - only one more than us), but I think we can just about nick it. Walsall 1 - 2 Rovers (Mulgrew and Lenihan)
Songman Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Freezing temperatures forecast for end of week and weekend, and doesn’t seem Walsall have undersoil heating.
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Play our best 11 and we should have enough in the tank to win. Play the five at the back that soon becomes seven at the back and we're asking for trouble.
davulsukur Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 4-2-3-1 from the word go. We went 18 games unbeaten with that formation so I don't know why we switched to a back 3 as soon as we lost 1 game. ------------------------Raya Nyambe--Lenihan--Mulgrew--Bell -----------Smallwood--Bennett Payne---------Dack-------Armstrong --------------------Graham
