Basically if we manage to win 6 out of 9 and get to 94 points we would be extremely unlucky (almost unprecedented) not finish in top 2: How Many Points It Really Takes to Gain Promotion from EFL Interesting stuff as you say Kamy. 88 points on average to secure automatic promotion from L1. Don't think a run in of W4 L5 which would get to 88 is going to do it for us this season somehow.
Lancaster Rover Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 Presumably Grigg is on a bigger win/goals bonus for Wigan than N. Ire..................
FGS5635 Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 In Mulgrews defence its a new manager and his 1st squad. He has to turn up

Evans or Mulgrew could presumably do likewise but havent . That’s the Player's prerogative ive no problem with international players who want to play for their countries Evans has always prioritised his country over Rovers, so no surprise there. Can't really blame Mulgrew. He's having a rare season where he's actually fit for practically all of it and is getting to an age where international caps may get less common.
neophox Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 Shrewsbury has two really tough away games coming up in Scunthorpe and Northampton.
neophox Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 Rotherham lost last two games against the two worst teams in division...no one is safe... just try and win every game.
Exiled in Toronto Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 I don’t know what all the defeatism is about over Wigan. Compared to a week ago they have played one of their games in hand and are one point closer to us. Long may that pacing continue.
JHRover Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Peterborough home game selected for live tv, moved to Thursday night 19th April.
Mattyblue Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Four home games on Sky so far, maybe Oxford will be selected too making 5, not one away. Just 2 out of our final 7 home games will be Saturday 3pm. Leeds United of League 1, I suppose...

Mattyblue Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Every cloud and all that, Peterborough will now bring a handful of fans, so no away support to fleece in what could be a momentous night, so... £5 a ticket, you know it makes sense!

What I was thinking, but Rovers never do the £5er a ticket for sky games! They should, because they'll recoup any loss (although I doubt there would be a loss) from TV money. Give something back to the fans for once!!!
Backroom Tom Posted March 16, 2018 Backroom Posted March 16, 2018 I fear we’ve just lost our trump card with Chapman surely out for the season
Waggy76 Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 He hasnt played for months , life will go on ! I feared the worst in October but we pulled together ..
MarkBRFC Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 So much for Wigan and Shrewsburys fuxture pile up hindering them, we're in the same bloody boat now!
blueboy3333 Posted March 17, 2018 Author Posted March 17, 2018 Come on you IRON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They've had to paint Blue Lines on the pitch because of the snow. Let's hope that results in a Massive Attack from Scunny.
West Yorks Rover Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Quote 1-0 to Scunny, Josh Morris free kick.
