It’s as though they think fans will pay any price so just charge what we can get away with. It would need to be a bloody good shirt to pay that. And they aren’t even winning designs! Quote

JacknOry Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 Might get this one as can double up as a high-vis jacket when walking home from the pub at night. Quote

perthblue02 Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 In the EFL Kit cup - Rovers home kit (36%) got through the group stages beating Bristol R home (32%), Tranmere home (19%) and Oldham away 16%) 4276 votes Knocked out in the round of 16 to Luton Town 3rd kit 48% - 52% (4792 votes) Quote
Ossydave Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 Interesting one by Villa that, Luke adorned by casuals for years now dipping their toe in kit manufacturing - it works. Quote
justjonny Posted August 2, 2018 Posted August 2, 2018 Has anyone bought any of the shirts yet? If so are they better in person rather than the photo's? Quote

JAL Posted August 3, 2018 Posted August 3, 2018 Who's behind the disgraceful design of this new Rovers 2018/19 home shirt Quote
SBlue Posted August 4, 2018 Posted August 4, 2018 (edited) @JAL Me. Why? What of it? Edited August 4, 2018 by S8 & Blue Quote
Bigdoggsteel Posted August 5, 2018 Posted August 5, 2018 Home jersey arrived. Nice in real life. Colour scheme reminds me of Argentina. Sponsor still ugly Quote

I think it's even worse than the home shirt with the cheap looking black transfer instead of a properly coloured badge. Worst two kits I can remember. If I could buy them each for a fiver I wouldn't out of principle. 3 Quote
rog of the rovers Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 (edited) Derby and Hull both releasing (seemingly needless) 3rd kits. Are we due one too from Umbro? Not that we need one, but maybe the rumours of a Navy strip are true? On further inspection.... Bournemouth, Everton, Huddersfield, Derby, Hull, Werder Bremen, Schalke, PSV Eindhoven....even Salford City!! - All Umbro supplied clubs, have 3 kits....One is almost definitely coming!! Are you sure that Derby one is a 3rd kit, looks like a training t-shirt They recycled the yellow left over from our away kit on the sleeves of the Hull one 1 Quote
Sparks Rover Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 Shouldn't the change kit be a different colour to the first kit? Quote
nbdrovers Posted August 14, 2018 Posted August 14, 2018 We'll have a third for at least when we play Norwich away, surely? Quote

Would just be consistent with that. It's just a modern marketing ploy to sell an extra kit. Although, some of our recent thirds have just been the season before's away kit. So we might just do that, especially considering the popularity of last season's away shirt? Edited August 14, 2018 by nbdelboy Quote
MarkBRFC Posted August 15, 2018 Posted August 15, 2018 We have played in the home kit at plenty of away games over the last few years. Quote
justjonny Posted August 24, 2018 Posted August 24, 2018 Well umbro keep rolling out 3rd kits for their teams, latest is Everton's, which suprisigly has quite a bit of blue in. Maybe we could see one after all? ? Quote
