Husky Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 For 90 seconds we were playing like Brazil in their right corner area. 1 Quote
Backroom DE. Posted August 18, 2018 Backroom Posted August 18, 2018 Great result, first win of the season. Just hope Dack isn't hurt too badly. Quote
AdamRochina Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 phew second half we didnt look that comfortable but first half we were very very impressive we looked a real threat and could have won the game in the first 45, armstrongs pace will cause alot of teams problems he looks a real bargain, lovley three points a saturday thats been made great whoop whoop Quote
Ruaney Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 (edited) Superb result! Should’ve been out of sight but will obviously take it ? Edited August 18, 2018 by Ruaney Quote
Doaksie Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 What a fantastic run post-Plymouth. We're still riding it. Important to get that first 3 points. Holding my breath on Dack, but injuries permitting I think we're in for a solid season. Quote

And Evans at the left corner flag Quote
perthblue02 Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 (edited) That is a good win, almost a perfect away performance, should have been by a bigger margin though. Lots of positives and hopefully its not bad news regarding Dack's injury Edited August 18, 2018 by perthblue02 Quote
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Excellent. Hope Dack is ok now. Quote
moerpho Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Seemed calm and composed throughout the game. Never felt threatened by Hull despite Raya's great display. Great team effort. COYB!? 1 Quote
Roboftherovers82 Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 we need to buy a natural finisher who can tuck away these chances we are making great result today lets hope god dackinhoooooo is okay Quote
Tugay's Right Foot Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Great feeling. Only one side deserved to win. And one side looked less like a league one team than the other. Tongue in cheek 1 Quote
Pedro Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Chuffed to bits. I'm drunk and in Manchester but this is all that matters. On our way back!!! 1 Quote
CambridgeRover Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 If we had a Rhodes in his prime in this team we would score a hell of a lot more. Need someone who can stick in the net. 1 Quote
roversfan99 Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Always good to get a win and a clean sheet away from home. Just hope its not a costly win, and that Dack is back for Wednesday. The side we had on at the end just shows the need for reinforcements, the starting 11 proves the quality we have but we need equal quality to provide more depth. Quote
neophox Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 (edited) Evans was immense today also Nyambe played really well. Travis and Rothwell did very well When coming on. Dack was on the pitch celebrating after game probably nothing serious. Great win! Edited August 18, 2018 by neophox 2 Quote
Tugay's Right Foot Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Reading lost 1-0 at home to Bolton. Derby lost 2-1 to millwall whom we drew with. West Brom looming ruthless with 7-1. There are a few teams we should be able to compete with. No fear lads Quote
