There’s a bit of swelling but there’s no twist, so fingers crossed he’ll be ready to go again in a couple of days.” Quote

Lets hope its not serious and its just a knock but dont be so pedantic and smug too soon. yes but he on the pitch which he would not be if it was serious. Quote
JacknOry Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 TM and the medical team would not let him on the pitch surely if it was anything to worry about. Quote
chaddyrovers Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 it appears Evans was our best player and the best game he ever had in a Rovers shirt Quote

JacknOry Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Have to say that Evans had an excellent game for me and was MOM, Armstrongs pace is going to cause problems for a lot of teams this season - what a snip. Lenihan the usual rock at the back. Nyambe just gets better and better. LB is Bells to lose now. Raya - what a stop. Those four (excluding Evans) are all young - what will they be worth in todays market after a good season? Then add Dack into that too. 2 Quote
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 That's a good result to top off a very good week for the club. It sounds like we played a lot of good football but failed to take advantage. We need to get better at finding the back of the net. 1 Quote

Ossydave Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Simply, simply lovely Armchair boys sit down shut up excellent vocal backing 2 Quote
JacknOry Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 We really needed that win to keep these boys confidence humming along nicely. Undefeated in how many matches now? Really proud of the boys, Hull were pretty awful but winning away anywhere is an excellent result. 4 Quote

Need someone who can stick in the net. Rhodes in his prime would never have created the space and opportunities for Dack and others that Graham and Armstrong do though. 3 Quote
chaddyrovers Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 1st time this season for one of these 3 Quote
Butty Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Dominant. 1-0 wasn't a true reflection of the game. Fully deserved the win. Get in there!!! 1 Quote
RV Blue Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Bell & Lenihan men of the match. Lenihan is a premier league player in waiting. Great result. 1 Quote
Drover Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 (edited) Great win and great backing in the away end. Seen a few people knock Palmer on here. I thought he actually did well first half, opened them up a few times, second half not as good but still. Also until graham came on the pitch he was Rayas only outlet. Every long ball from the back was aimed at him and he won a fair few. He is by no means the finished article but more positive than negative for me. Played well all in all and game should have been 2 or 3 out of hulls reach by 70 mins, Bennett's chance especially. Edit- also worth pointing out hull are one of the worst teams I've seen play for a while. Devoid of quality. Edited August 18, 2018 by Drover 1 Quote

My mum could have scored from there. Cost us a point for sure, maybe three as it was 0-0 at the time. 1 Quote
Paul Mellelieu Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Well done Rovers. The win will reduce the nerves going into the next home game. Quote
blueboy3333 Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 Did Bennett get an assist for the goal? Anyway, great win away from home. Well done the boys. Quote
