Far more security over that time than most jobs, and his entire life and career ahead of him. Mortgage providers would give him whatever he wanted.

It's really not too far out of the way. Get a nice house for that round there. Sensible decision with the money and area and he gets to live in a smart pad.

I'd be astounded if he's our top earner, or even near it.

It's not his first job either. Brereton has been a highly rated young Championship professional footballer for around two years, and has now most likely signed a decent four year contract, with a signing on fee.

Even on moderate Champ wages - I'd be more worried if he couldn't afford to get a mortgage on a 600k house at his age.

Dack rents out an apartment owned by the club in Salford. Arma rents in Whalley.

Graham, Smallwood and Mulgrew all stay at Scott Whartons in whalley when there's a midweek game.

Nobody knows their wages for sure. The best bet im led to believe is actually football manager! Living proximity is simple - big cars, fancy registrations, small villages.

As for change of tact - I still don't think you understand posters sometimes don't want to reveal full detail behind gossip/rumour, or sometimes even fact, as they do not wish to be compromised.  I think it was only yesterday you asked a poster to PM you with other strikers Rovers may have been interested in - you just don't leave people alone.  I am certain the majority of members on this MB post in good faith and find it irksome when you seem to frequently dis their contributions should those contributions be contrary to your own agenda / opinions.

I did asked Unsall for those names of the strikers and I did get a PM from him about them. Me and him talk a lot through PM's actually.
