AdamRochina Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 you can all come at me as much as you want, dosent bother me in the slightest, defend that performance as much as you want your obviousness lacking up top, shocking performance, we have been slaughtered by an above average city side, god help us against the likes of boro Quote
BigBar Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 So many blocked shots for Armstrong so little time...avoid the defender at least once Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 Mowbray may be the messiah in many eyes but he’s got to get past certain flaws such as persisting with Smallwood when he can’t pass wind and continuing to throw on Nuttall who is a fish out of water in the Championship. Piss poor. 2 Quote
Husky Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 I'm sure we all want Nutall to do well, but every time he comes on there's something a bit Chris Brown about it all. 2 Quote

Bristol City aren't such a great team either. On this showing I think Bristol look very organised and fairly decent, showed good resilience coming back from our early goal and early pressure. Also seem to have a decent bench as well. Edited September 2, 2018 by perthblue02 Quote
JBiz Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 Armstrong, Evans, Bennett, Smallwood, Raya, Nyambe, Bell... all underperformed, Even Rothwell has looked lost. Has Ben Brereton had more than 5 touches? Confusing subs too. Unless Graham was injured, his substitution basically dissipated any foothold we had in their half. Lets hope Dack doesn’t have a BBQ over the international window, or we might be in for a rough season.. 1 Quote

SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 Been quite a while since we had a proper pasting and as Stuart says, something wrong with the body language today...just not what we expect from a Mowbray side. 1 Quote

Three goals from fortunate deflections. Meanwhile we didn't take our chances. We're never going to challenge for the league, so you brush yourself down, pick yourselves up and move on. Shoes the lack of quality in this league if these guys are promotion contenders. 4 minutes ago, AdamRochina said: who wishes to tell me to shh now and who wishes to defend this?! yes we cant win them all ect but today we have been pathetic, we look like a league 1 side, pathetic embarrsing today, cant pass, cant finish, cant defend, toothless pathetic cack Somewhere in between these two comments may the truth be found. Very poor today. But Christ let’s not lose our shit. Quote

jim mk2 Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 We needed better defenders in the transfer window - and a new goalkeeper. We;ll get more defeats like this Quote
Doaksie Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 I don't buy that it's worse before a break. No point drawing today and spending the next 2 weeks thinking all is well in the garden (sorry Bradley). This needs to focus a few minds. You sink or you swim 2 Quote
Tormund Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 Adam, nobody is defending this performance. Second half has been terrible. What are people’s expectations this season? I think every team will get a thrashing in this league, like Villa yesterday. I hope fans aren’t expecting a promotion challenge. Quote
AdamRochina Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 to round off the day burnley will beat united Quote

Stuart Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 Disappointing result. 2 weeks of deliberations. Villa will be licking their lips. Quote

Their a good side. Our back four is basically the back four that got relegated, once williams inevitably comes back in. That's the problem, additions should have been made at the back. However we also need attacking options. Next summer hopefully we concentrate on the defence. 1 Quote

To suggest this performance/result is anything to do with an instagram story - it’s absolutely laughable. We could get beat 10-0 and I’d still find that stupidly funny. We lost because we played badly. Some poor subs, a bucket full of poor performances and we paid a heavy price for missing 2/3 great opportunities. 3 Quote
Husky Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 How can fans get an invite to Dack's BBQ? Quote
