Oldgregg86 Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 Is that semi final how it's going to be or what you think Quote

Proudtobeblue&white Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 Lively starts in both games, Liverpool up 1-0 in five minutes, Aguero has penalty saved within ten. Good to hear Rovers have made a lively start! Quote
Husky Posted April 9, 2019 Posted April 9, 2019 Just seen Spud's goal. How much did Citeh pay for that keeper again? #NotAsGoodAsRaya Quote
Oldgregg86 Posted April 10, 2019 Posted April 10, 2019 Ederson is the second best keeper playing in this country and easily top ten in Europe. He had a mare with that goal but he is a truly wonderful keeper 1 Quote
speeeeeeedie Posted April 10, 2019 Author Posted April 10, 2019 Liverpool looked relatively comfortable and have a clean sheet to take with them to Portugal. They could have had more, but Porto could have nabbed one too. City showed their European naïveté again. They are the better team but failed to put their stamp on the game. De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, and Sane weren't in the starting 11 either. Guardiola may be thinking too much. Quote
Husky Posted April 10, 2019 Posted April 10, 2019 (edited) It was nice of Man Ure to let Accrington Stanley play at Old Trafford tonight. Credit where credit is due. Edited April 10, 2019 by Husky Quote
Butty Posted April 10, 2019 Posted April 10, 2019 I’d rather have Bennett and Williams than Young and Smalling! Can’t believe United give them two new contracts. Quote
bazza Posted April 10, 2019 Posted April 10, 2019 United totally outclassed by Barça. Never seen Utd so outplayed. 1 Quote

old darwen blue Posted April 10, 2019 Posted April 10, 2019 THAT assault on the greatest player of all time surely can’t go unpunished? The messiah is lying still on the ground with blood pouring from his nose following a clear head injury and does the referee do anything, does he f*ck! Quote

Bigdoggsteel Posted April 11, 2019 Posted April 11, 2019 Ajax are a joy to watch. One of the most one sided draws I ever witnessed last night 1 Quote

One of the most one sided draws I ever witnessed last night I was so tempted to watch that game, but prior to last night I don't think I'd sat down and watched Messi play all season, so it had to be the Barca game. Ajax-Juventus is a classic CL match up though. Proper 90s/early 2000s feel to it. Love it. 1 Quote

There is no doubt that Barcelona are streets ahead of Man U, but I thought that it was a relatively even affair. Barcelona weren't their usual fluid selves but never looked like conceding. I can't see anything other than Barcelona progressing. They aren't PSG. As for the other tie, Ajax were unlucky. However, Ronaldo again makes a difference. 1 Quote
Husky Posted April 16, 2019 Posted April 16, 2019 Good news for Rovers fans. It looks like Bell and Raya have moved to Accrington United. Quote
Butty Posted April 16, 2019 Posted April 16, 2019 Turned over too the Juve Ajax game after United went 2 down... What a side this Ajax team are, absolutely played Juve off the park here. Joy too watch. Quote

bazza Posted April 16, 2019 Posted April 16, 2019 And a teenager got their winner. Take note Mr Mowbray. Quote
Bigdoggsteel Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Ajax are the best team I have seen in a long time. Them V Barca would be some final. Although it could just as easily be Liverpool v City. Couldn't predict the last 2 teams now. Quote
