Coach travel to Stoke

Does anyone know of any organised travel to Stoke on Saturday? My son and 3 of his mates want to go but will want to set off just after 12 as they're all playing in the morning.

I’d be surprised if the Darwen Blues aren’t going. Maybe leave a message in the Spinners and Craven Heifer? We’ve been to Stoke in their buses a couple of times and had a most enjoyable day out. ?

I'd be surprised if the Darwen coaches were setting off that late. They left at 11.30 to go to Oldham !

If you can get to Preston you can take the train - 12.17 gets to Stoke at 13.31 or 13.17 arriving at 14.32. Coming back at 18.02 getting back to Preston at 19.54. Advance tickets available now. Station car park at Preston £6.

From the station take a cab or it's about a 40 minute walk along the canal towpath.
