Bbrovers2288 Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 I’m not too disheartened losing to Swansea other than we were leading and looking comfortable. Some points iv picked up on tonight, dack and Armstrong seem to get a hell of a lot of shots blocked, need to get it away quicker or create more of an opening as it just loses the ball. Brereton needs to sharpen up passing, on sat he would’ve put dack through with a better ball and there he lost ball by passing it into trouble. Smallwood for me is still the weak link in the midfield Quote

Backroom Madon Posted October 23, 2018 Backroom Posted October 23, 2018 I don't understand why you'd bring Brereton on and put him out wide, surely Palmer would be the logical choice?! 2 Quote

Husky Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 Our final ball is appalling. Brereton is a complete waste of time. Can we have another penalty please? Quote
AdamRochina Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 could have been 3-1, shocking half from rovers, really poor after such a good first half Quote
SoldierMo Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 Omgggg what is wrong with us gave them the freedom of their pitch Quote

We needed creativity to counter act their attacking dominance. Throwing points away. booth Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 (edited) Thrown away three points, no way we're getting back into this. Graham was probably knackered but a knackered Graham is far better than an out of position Brereton. And what's happened to the defence?!?! Night and day! Edited October 23, 2018 by booth 1 Quote
Backroom DE. Posted October 23, 2018 Backroom Posted October 23, 2018 Let's not kid ourselves into thinking we've had this game in the bag save for giving a couple of silly goals away. They've had double the shots we have and far more possession. It most games the team with most possession and shots wins, so we haven't been robbed here. Frankly, penalty aside we've never looked like scoring. A draw here would be an excellent result but as it stands we'll be fortunate to only concede two. 1 Quote
SoldierMo Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 What a freakily familiar game to Bristol...just fallen apart Quote

We were good value in the first half, they flew out the traps second half and we know the drill by now. Quote

jim mk2 Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 Mowbray's subs are always by rote. Does Graham always have to come off ? Quote
Trinidad Rover Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 Taking Graham off has won Swansea the game - lost shape and our game plan with it. Bererton concerns grow. Hope he proves me wrong but dear oh dear. Quote

jim mk2 Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 Tinkerman Mowbray has thrown away 3 points tonight. Swansea are poor and we've given this away 1 Quote
