Well we have sacrificed our strikers and captain to do our bit for them now. Got to change at half time. Edited October 27, 2018 by CD_93
chaddyrovers Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Mowbray not happy by the sounds of it. Threw his water bottle down. We need a striker or 2 on
yellowsubmarine Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Half time. WBA aren't even in gear 2. Badly need a striker up front to hold the ball for our midfield to attack them. Conway (our shortest outfield player?) is not an answer.

AdamRochina Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 poor half from out perspective but its no surprise with the line up and its something thats baffled me because even tony has come out and said he makes mistakes by giving the other team to much respect, so whats happened here? why be so negative, why no striker, its clear all half the whole long ball to dack from the keeper isnt working... its a bafflin line up and game plan it really is. should of scored though through rothwell who has to start every single game ffs, reed looks a star too, and dack needs to play in his position, conway off armstrong on and palmer off graham on please for second half. oh and the penalty was a shocking miss how the ref didnt see it is beyond me 1

No one to hit up top and the ball comes staight back to Sako. 3 strikers on the bench, surely he has to put one on sooner or later? Dack isn’t the answer up front alone. I’d be giving Brereton a shot up front with Danny Graham, and going to 4-4-2. Edited October 27, 2018 by scotchrover 1
G Somerset Rover Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 (edited) Can’t see us getting back into this. Reckon they’ll get 1 or 2 more towards the end. Still baffled by our set-up and personnel. No striker FFS?! Edited October 27, 2018 by Gavlar Somerset Rover!
yellowsubmarine Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Armstrong, Graham and Bereton. Pick 2 to come on in the second half.
RV Blue Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Bennett’s fault for their goal what a stupid, pointless, bobbling backpass to Raya that was. Disgusting from the referee as well, it’s an absolute stonewaller. This starting 11 is a joke, make both the changes we have left now Mowbray. 1

He's height is handy and looks probably the best player on the pitch bar WBA's Barnes on the ball. He's showing Dack up.
Gogger Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Only watched from 15 mins and, and I think it have been a even contest thus far. The only thing WBA have creates is mistakes from us, especially the one from Williams whom looks dodgy at the back. Reed and Palmer our best players first half for me. 1
chaddyrovers Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Graham on is a must. I would Conway off. Then either Palmer or Rothwell off for Armstrong. Armstrong will trouble this WBA team
Exiled in Toronto Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 2-2 would be a fair score thus far.

RV Blue Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 I think that’ll be the worst WBA have played all season and they’ve gone in 1-0 up, says it all about Mowbray’s team selection.

Speaking to WBA fan yesterday and Thursday they have quite poor games overall but scores goals to win games
Mercer Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Sounds like WBA are pretty ordinary and there for the taking if we get our system / tactics right. Put Brereton on up front as a centre forward and let's see what the lad's got. Anyone know why Charlie went off? 2
Backroom DE. Posted October 27, 2018 Backroom Posted October 27, 2018 Doesn't look like we've been outplayed by any means, but it's mind blowing that WBA concede 4 in their last game and we decide to line up without a striker. 1
davulsukur Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Feels like TM wrote this one off from the start. Playing Conway, Palmer and Rothwell our of no where
