tomphil Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 (edited) That should be on 20ft by 20ft billboards on every A road into town ! Edited November 14, 2018 by tomphil 6 Quote
JHRover Posted November 14, 2018 Author Posted November 14, 2018 Less than 100 tickets left. Must admit I'm surprised and impressed that we've so nearly sold out so soon. Hope it genuinely is a full away end and they don't leave areas free or hold tickets back. Quote
Mattyblue Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 I think 5500 is as much as you ever get, there’s usually a few seats in the front corners netted off. 1 Quote
Admiral Nelsen Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Maybe 15 seats in the corners. Looks pretty full apart from that! 1 Quote
JHRover Posted November 14, 2018 Author Posted November 14, 2018 I'm sure I read that the stand holds 6000 so it would be interesting to know where 400+ seats are hidden after the 5533 allocation is taken. Quote

Blue n whites Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 Really good following especially with over a week to go. Wonder if we will ask for more. I know it's unlikely due to moving existing st holders. Quote
Mattyblue Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 The only thing they could do would be to release some of the seats they have netted off in the corners, but they won’t. Quote

1864roverite Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 Havin* worked there for 26 yrs I suggest parking near the town centre and walking, alternative is park and ride paying £2.50 is cheaper than a new window and loss of items from your car. At best the area around dump dale is chaotic gridlock and there are not a lot of options to get away easily. Quote
Nobbers123 Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 There is a Sainsbury's about 2 mins walk from ground that myself and a lot of fans park on as it's free however there is a sign saying no football parking but no one I know has ever been ticketed for it, if you park right at back there is a walkway to the top near the ground. If you're not wanting to risk there incase they do decide to take action for football parking there is a street behind the Garrison pub which a lot park on, just get there a bit early for a space Quote
chaddyrovers Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 great effort by Rovers fans. cant wait for the game. All day drinking and partying in Preston. 1 Quote
