That adrenaline that we all turn up for.... VAR has to go. Once the game has restarted they can't go back on the decision but I get your point. The emotion of your team scoring is the best feeling in football. Them emotions may have to be held in check whilst someone is reviewing the incident in a studio miles away. The powers that be and suits probably won't have had that feeling. Quote

I get facts based stuff like goal line technology but I'm not having this carry on when it's just a persons view.... Quote

Aye, can you imagine them ruling Charlie's goal out at Donny last season when the ball was back on the centre.......there would have been a riot Quote

bazza Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 United get Chelsea away. Lovely jubbly. That's another London team and cup holders to boot knocked out. I must admit I'm rooting for Utd at present. Never thought I would have said this. Quote
Mattyblue Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 Not bothered which one of them goes out. But it means that only 2 of the top 6 will be in the quarter finals (at the most). Great for the competition. 1 Quote

Now that's an interesting stance. How so? I mean Ole is a likable fella. Is it the comeback story? Phoenix from the ashes and all that. Or is it just like most of rest of country? You hate Mourinho? I shall enjoy them doing the same to Chelsea. Perhaps it's because I've fallen in love with Rashford ?. However, after the Chelsea tie I shall revert to semi hatred (probably). Quote
philipl Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 Barnet have come back from 0-1 to lead Brentford 2-1. Brentford have a few players who can really smack it from distance so will need closing down from 30 yards out on Saturday. Quote
Husky Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 (edited) Where is Barnet's VAR? Disgraceful dive! Edited January 28, 2019 by Husky 1 Quote
philipl Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 Awful decision especially as Barnet should have had a penalty just before Brentford went 1-0. 1 Quote
JHRover Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 Looking at that draw with no Liverpool, Arsenal or Spurs or even West Ham, Everton or Leicester and either United or Chelsea going out in the next round there is a glorious opportunity for an unexpected club to reach the final, perhaps even win it. Wouldn't be surprised now to see Wolves or Watford get to the final, though looks to be City's to lose. 1 Quote
Backroom Tom Posted January 28, 2019 Backroom Posted January 28, 2019 Stunning game between Barnet and Brentford now 3-3 Quote
Husky Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 Give me Barnet Brentford over Chelski Man Ure any day. 3 Quote
Backroom Tom Posted January 28, 2019 Backroom Posted January 28, 2019 Some of these Brentford lads can’t half welly a ball Quote

SBlue Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 (edited) Shameful from that Brentford player. Barnet 100% cheated out of the win. Edited January 28, 2019 by S8 & Blue 1 Quote
