staying calm today no matter what happens ive had to see a doctor for stress at the age of 27 my heart rate was far too high, so just gonna chillax and watch it unfold and if i find my self getting a little frustrated then put the laptop down and go for a walk

from what im seeing so far preston are well up for this and are currently putting us under immense pressure, we cant get going at the minute and im not sure whos up top for us? dack armstrong or palmer?   if we dont improve could get ugly this, come on rovers get into them!
