Gogger Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Thats one great goal. Beautifull pass from Benett and Armstrong playing Nutt on open goal 1 Quote
Mr. E Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Thank God the right striker was put on. This is the difference between someone who can score, and someone who is unfortunately lost and confused and needs to be put in the U-23 team if he needs time to develop. We would be higher up the table if Nuttall was given more chances. 2 Quote
Doaksie Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Table is looking well. Sat in 9th. Wigan 20th and Rotherham 21st for perspective. 4 Quote
Roboftherovers82 Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 with joe scoring its gonna ask even more questions about poor ben and why we spent so much on him you do feel for the lad Quote
Swanson Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Rodwell has been one of our better players today I think. Quote

Exiled_Rover Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 So did Nuttall come on for Graham? Is he playing upfront with Dack in behind? Quote

Husky Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 This seriously should be 6-0 and Oles all round. Not cringing every time they hoof one into our box. Still, 3 mins to go. Point secured...can we get all 3? Quote
JacknOry Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 You feel with Rothwell that once he gets a goal he will become a fairly regular source of them. Quote

AdamRochina Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Great win boys played really well .. rothwell and Rodwell standouts ..Travis looking a main stay in our side ..love it when we play like this and on another day it's 5-6 goals scored 1 Quote
JacknOry Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Cant argue with that - should have been more though. Was happy enough with the lineup and If only we could be a bit more clinical in front of goal game would have been that 4 or 5 nil the Ipswich fan was claiming we were expecting. Quote
booth Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Excellent win and so glad to see Nutt getting another goal. Quote
LA1Rovers Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Great second half! Rodwell, Armstrong my men of the match. Rothwell making a difference when he came on! could have been 5-0! Quote
Backroom DE. Posted January 19, 2019 Backroom Posted January 19, 2019 We made it harder on ourselves by missing chances in the first half, but a win is a win and a rare clean sheet in addition will do nicely. 1 Quote
JacknOry Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Back in the top ten in 9th. So tight in the middle of the division with 3 points separating 8th and 15th. At one point if Ipswich drew level we would have dropped 6 places to 15th. 1 Quote
yellowsubmarine Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 Well done to Rovers! Took awhile to find our gears and get the important first goal. Much better second half from Armstrong (2 assists) and Bell (yes Bell, looked like a different player after half time). Introduction of Rothwell and Nuttall were spot on. Rodwell was immense at the back. Travis - wonderful engine, didnt really put a foot wrong, full of running. Not Dack's day, had a few chances to score, which on a better day, he might had a goal or two. Quote
booth Posted January 19, 2019 Posted January 19, 2019 If we can get a result against Hull we'll be within touching distance of playoffs and will hopefully make Venkys get their hands in their pockets. 1 Quote
