Raya summing up our shit tactical thinking. Comes all the way out to the halfway line in stoppage time and plays a short free kick.

Rodwell showing there that he isn't a centre back. You can't back off your man on the edge of the area and let him shoot.

To be fair, you don’t have to be a defender to know that’s a bad a idea...

Reading 1 win in 15 yet Mowbray lined up as though they have only lost 1 in 15. He's shown (not for the first time) far too much respect to a very poor side and tonight it has cost us.

Mowbray is the most boring negative manager Ive known.. can't wait til he fecks off

Is this the right time to say again THAT WE SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A F**KING PROPER CENTRAL DEFENDER!!!

Tony said it doesn't matter we concede late goals. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Such a different looking team to one that ended January. Loss of Lenihan is huge, Travis looks a shadow of himself, and Dack and Graham both look absolutely shattered.

To lose against a side that poor is a real blow.

My usual pet hate. There should be another 60 seconds at least added on here due to this ball farce.

And there is 25 seconds added.

How do they get away without being questIoned about this. Happens nearly every game you watch.

it just encourages teams to waste time.

A really sad state of affairs. Our team has never been able to defend under Mowbray, he's come out and said he doesn't see it as a problem, so do we just accept this is it and watch the club slowly regress as the likes of Dack leave for pastures anew and our older players begin to wane? If we had proper footballing people in charge questions would be asked about this consistent problem that is massively impeding our progress. Unfortunately I imagine nobody will notice until we suddenly aren't scoring as many but still conceding regularly, and at that point we may well be in a relegation struggle. Possibly as early as next season. The signs are ominous, especially when you take into account Mowbray's dubious record in the transfer market.

People will cling to the fact this season was always meant to be consolidation and mid table is fine, but the warning signs are there for all to see - the goals conceded column makes for grim reading and the points column will look a hell of a lot worse if and when the goals aren't coming as often as they have done.

Utterly predictable. For the second game running.

Mowbray needs long hard look in the mirror, pathetic from him for not the first or even 5th time this season.

Sure he will have multiple excuses all of which will focus on other factors bar his own limitations and nonsensical "tactics"

Thanks for the last 2 years. OUT.

Next game:

Raya; Nyambe, Rodwell, Mulgrew, Williams; Armstrong, Travis, Reed, Bell; Dack; Graham.

We NEED some defenders.
