Hasta Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 There's 3-way temporary lights up and roadworks at the junction of Bolton road and Branch road. If your coming up Branch road towards Ewood they seem to be on red for quite a while Quote
Swanson Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 Still no Nyambe? Can't say that Bennett is a better right back. 2 Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 (edited) The left back tombola strikes again! Williams is dog turd. Also Nyambe should be in at RB, no question. Bennett should be on the bench. Other than that it’s okay - Travis form has dipped so don’t think he can have too many complaints. Edited February 17, 2019 by Gavlar Somerset Rover! Quote

BennyBennyson Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 Is Rothwell injured? Not even on the bench Quote

BennyBennyson Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 Brereton gets in the team over Rothwell. Why? And Nyambe still not in. Quote

Him or Bell, Bennett too, awful at full back. Cracked me up when TM said that he can swap Bell for Williams and we wouldn't be weaker... Aye mate, cus they're both shyte (Williams is a decent CB though). Edited February 17, 2019 by Neal 1 Quote
tomphil Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 I forsee Pullis wanting balls lumped at the full backs this aft. Yet another experimental side thrown out so lets see what happens, second half of this season really should be named Tombola time I think. Quote
den Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 Only Reed and Evans are true midfielders. Those two are going to need Brereton and Armstrong to do a lot of defensive work to give cover for the full backs. There lies a potential problem. That’s a worry for me. 2 Quote

If you need any counselling for the gambling, I can put you in touch with someone. It has too come from you though, admitting in yourself you have a problem is the first step too recovery. One love Mercer x Touched by your concern! Look, it's simple - if Mowbray picks the right team (on merit and not his favourites or 'undroppables'), stops putting square pegs in round holes, is not overly cautious, gets his tactics right and lets the opposition worry about us for a change, then there is no reason we can't beat what is a relatively mediocre M'boro. Will he do this - who the hell knows. As I've said many times, betting on Rovers is a bit of fun and any winnings on Rovers (and there have been plenty) are a bonus. The serious stuff is left for sports trading where the real money is made! Enjoy the match. 1 Quote
Mercer Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 Caught up with the thread. Seen the team. Think our full backs will be targeted - would have gone with Nyambe (goodness knows how this lad must feel watching Bennett get roasted) and Bell (Williams one big accident waiting to happen every match). Glad Brereton playing but want him as either striker or one of two not all this wide cr@p nonsense. Think M'boro will physically intimidate him. Quote
West Yorks Rover Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 (edited) Assombalonga starts for Boro, I was hoping he'd be on the bench again. Big threat for our dodgy defence. Edited February 17, 2019 by West Yorks Rover Quote
Bigdoggsteel Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 I like our team today. Ask some questions of their patched together defence. Brereton first goal Quote
neophox Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 (edited) Exciting team! Come on Rovers!! Bit strange Chapman or Davenport cant make bench today. Edited February 17, 2019 by neophox Quote
