Their proper good at defending crosses and set pieces with a good structured back line but slow. In other words. They've not conceded in 7/8 games.

It's like asking if Rovers have played well recently even though the stats say we only had 1 point from 20+ before the Wigan game.

We conceded at Derby last week

He's just gone back to basics but we aren't rigid in playing 4-4-2 it depends on who's available, we still have 10 players out injured.

10 games unbeaten would suggest he's doing something right. Going back to basics is the way he plays though isn't it? I can't imagine it will ever differ much under Bruce. Only 4 goals conceded in the last 10 games is impressive.

Have you watched them?

I was just looking for specifics as I am interested in how Bruce has turned them around, as when they played us the last time they were dreadful

Do you think he has just gotten a bounce or has he improved things long term? What are your weakness in your opinion

3 at the back again looks like. Hopefully Rothwell and Dack in behind Graham. Rothwells best position I'd suggest, certainly more suited to it than AA. Bennett left wing back?

4 at the back, surely?

Our shortage of defenders is a real concern. Smallwood our only cover.

I think I’m going to have to keep reminding myself that these are now dead rubbers, but still.

Hope Buckley gets a look in.

Pretty much how I’m reading it.

3-4-2-1 is my guess. Same as Wigan I'd have thought?

So...

Nyambe —- Maguyver —- Williams

Reed —- Smallwood —- Travis —- Bennett

Dack —- Rothwell

Graham

...?

Bennett and Williams as our full backs frighten me.

However, there have been some long shots coming in at Cheltenham this week so let the madness continue.  Gone for Rovers' win at 16/5 and by 3-2 at 58/1.  Chateaubriand and a fine red, or two, tonight should Rovers win today!

That would be my guess if it is 3 at the back. I just think he'll want to protect Maglorious.

Does he play for Wednesday?
