In other words. They've not conceded in 7/8 games. It's like asking if Rovers have played well recently even though the stats say we only had 1 point from 20+ before the Wigan game. We conceded at Derby last week He's just gone back to basics but we aren't rigid in playing 4-4-2 it depends on who's available, we still have 10 players out injured. 1 Quote

Going back to basics is the way he plays though isn't it? I can't imagine it will ever differ much under Bruce. Only 4 goals conceded in the last 10 games is impressive. I was just looking for specifics as I am interested in how Bruce has turned them around, as when they played us the last time they were dreadful Quote

Do you think he has just gotten a bounce or has he improved things long term? What are your weakness in your opinion Edited March 16, 2019 by Bigdoggsteel Quote

Stuart Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 Rothwell and Dack starting! Stuck out wide or where he can orchestrate the game? ? Quote
Fraserkirky Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 Bennett Nyambe Magloire Williams ————Evans Travis—————- Reed————Dack———Rothwell ——————Graham—————- 1 Quote

I think I’m going to have to keep reminding myself that these are now dead rubbers, but still. Hope Buckley gets a look in. Quote

Ossydave Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 Definitely 4 at the back unless he's got a mad idea of playing Rothwell as a wing back! Quote
Bigdoggsteel Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 Some on twitter saying 3 at the back with Bennett left wing back. I would prefer the 4 at the back as suggested above Did Buckley play for the under 23s yesterday? Quote

Mercer Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 Bennett and Williams as our full backs frighten me. However, there have been some long shots coming in at Cheltenham this week so let the madness continue. Gone for Rovers' win at 16/5 and by 3-2 at 58/1. Chateaubriand and a fine red, or two, tonight should Rovers win today! Quote
BlackburnEnd75 Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 When we went to a back 4 midweek it was. Nyambe Magloire Williams Bennett so I would expect similar if it’s not a back 3. Would rather have Bennett at left back over Williams Quote
