Club made me delete them. Plus I never stated I'd seen it, I only said what the colours were which I thought people may have appreciated ?

It wasn’t at the time. It was at the height of anti-Venkys feeling and a cynical move by the club to “show” that the hardcore were onside. That ad was and remains very emotive for a lot of people.

Interesting that he later joined the Venkys Out chorus. Wonder what he thinks these days? Probably defeated and accepting that we are stuck with them. We have a very uneasy truce for the time being as long as they keep their gobs shut and don’t bring in any more Coyles.

We did and it looked good. Sadly, I think it was symptomatic of our status at the time and that commercial sponsors didn't want to touch us. ICI Perspex, Crown Paints, HSA and AMD Processors all looked decent on our shirts.

The only way I'd enjoy grey as our away kit is if it was a similar design to the home kit.

That would be a nice design for an away,Still no Info or release dates for the shirt,always have been terrible for that.
