Sorry if slightly off topic bit does anyone know if the club cash as been allocated to the season tickets yet ?? ... was gona go tomorrow and get new kit (see what I did then to bring it back on topic) ..

Back on the subject of trademarks Liverpool FC have attempted to trademark the word Liverpool. At least in the context of football products and services. This sounds silly perhaps but the same article says Southampton and Chelsea did the same thing.

What is the trademark status of the word Rovers? Something to ask at the next fans forum or sooner perhaps?

There's a rail of ladies' kits in the store with a few men's versions. The guy behind the counter seemed surprised when he went for the stock boxed kit and I wanted this version off the rail.

There's quite a few results containing the word Rovers from "Roy of the Rovers" to a dentist with a Netherlands address. Presumably it would have to be trademarked under category of football products and services. 

"One Rovers" is still trademarked with renewal in 2028. 

"Blackburn Rovers FC" says EXPIRED.

It's definitely the same blue. Weird how every photo looks a different colour. Personally like this blue but can't stand the away kit.

Yep. I bought a home shirt at 50 GBP (can't do the L pound sign on my Mac) in early July and got 16 GBP knocked off.
