Activity Section: Incorrect Member Names in Replies

I was just having a general look around the site and went into my own Profile and 'Activity' section

I noticed that where I have replied to a post the Posters name is invariably incorrect, although it does show a real MB members name.

I have not been in that section of the site for quite a while so have no idea if this is a long term gremlin or not.
