Can somebody explain to me how Oldham have only had 26% possession but had eight shots on goal and MORE SHOTS ON TARGET THAN US?

Anybody any idea why the goal was disallowed?

Offside.

Tried looking at it on the replay and it's not in line so difficult to tell  When he headed the ball he could have been marginally off but don't know where he was stood when the free kick was played in.

Anecdotal here as I’m not there but Jim Wilkz said on twitter that Dack was offside when it was played in

The sheer number of players being played out of position so far this season is ridiculous

I feel like when we sack TM and get a new manager (starting to look inevitable if the Vs have the stomach for it), and he manages to stem the tide and get some results, his interview comments when asked what the secret has been will be along the lines of how it was important to play our specialists in their area of specialisation.

The problem is that that disallowed goal will give Mowbray his ready made excuses for tonight. "Thought if that'd have been allowed we'd have gone on to win the game etc."

Pep Mowbray decided to sacrifice a trip to Wembley so we can concentrate on our promotion push.

The fans are with him on his strategy.
