We can add our name to the likes of Crewe and Forest Green Rovers as teams that have beaten Oldham this season. That might be the last we ever see of Smallwood, and Evans being hooked early on in the second half hopefully doesn't bode well for him either. Rothwell producing again will surely mean he's a first teamer going forward... right? So there are some positives.

Happy to get the win in the end but that was frightening. We had Nyambe, Cunningham, Rothwell, Evans, Graham, Buckley, Downing and Brereton on the pitch at some point in the match for at least 40+ minutes and just scraped a win against Oldham. We simply must perform on Saturday or there could be some serious trouble ahead. Mowbray needs to sort himself out, start putting our best players on the pitch and find a way to stop conceding two goals a game.

Well that COULD be the catalyst to a decent run, or it could of course be a false dawn, who knows. Had we got beat though you'd be scrambling round to find a positive fan.

I dare see we will see Danny Graham start Saturday now

Looking at the highlights it was the Bradley Dack show after he came on.

Nothing much has changed over the last two seasons since League 1 days. He performs, we do ok, he doesn't perform, we struggle.

Sounds like Dack and Graham together is the magic formula

That knock down front DG for the third goal is something none of our other players have in them

We all know that, Brereton and Gallagher are not suited to this side.

But is rarely effective in the Championship against better defences.

Danny Graham is like that old big bloke in every Sunday league team, you think he’s not much to look at but has a brain beyond the rest of them and just keeps producing, those knock downs are beyond what the rest of them can do

Rothwell and Chapman have too start on Saturday  midfield  of Rothwell, Johnson, Travis  and chapman with Dack and Graham

Great balance to that midfield. That would be my choice too.

Graham scored 15 last season so he's certainly effective.

Dack & Graham have been our only consistent performers in terms of goals/assists for the past two seasons. We simply have to start with them both on the pitch.

How many times did Dack and Graham score last season and what were their assists?

Just RB and more of his 2 year old anti DG campaign

We score 2 injury time goals to beat a 4th division team and suddenly Mowbray is a footballing genius.

A 1 game winning streak and we're only 4 points off the play-offs. Things are looking good all of a sudden.
