oldjamfan1 Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Does anyone have a link to that particular clip? Funniest thing I've seen on telly in years, I nearly choked on my vodka and coke. 2 Quote

Neil Weaver Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 OJF, it's on p37 of the Mowbray In? Mowbray Out? thread (if I did twitter there might be a more elegant method of doing this). Quote

davulsukur Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 And indeed Derrick has now, fooked off, to LA Galaxy. Quote

rovers11 Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 Did anyone realise he was still here? He's barely played for 3 years. Quote

rebelzero Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 even more ironic (or idiotic, depending on your view) is that he cost LA Galaxy $125,000 to bring him on, as DC United had "discovery rights" to bring him to MLS first. DC United link (save the MLS funny money talk for another day/thread/level of despondency) Quote
Ewood Ace Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 Was a decent left back but never a centre back. He should really have been moved on a while ago. Quote

He probably is still injured but the MLS season only starts on 12 April so i'm guessing they've said go and finish getting back fit in America. Quote

Went to Craven Cottage the year we went down to League One and Fulham ran him ragged at left back. No pace and positional sense terrible. He did a decent job at centre half I thought Quote

Admiral Nelsen Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 Best move for all parties. Decent defender on his day, but sadly hasn't played nearly enough games to warrant keeping. Seemed like a decent sort though and was an important cog in the promotion winning team. Hope his move to the US works out. 1 Quote
Darrenbot Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 The Galaxy have gone from signing the likes of Beckham and Gerrard from England in the past to now getting Williams, bit of a difference in quality there. Quote

Oldgregg86 Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 (edited) I wish him all the best. Wasn’t the best at LB but always put a shift in when asked to play A position he clearly didn’t feel comfortable and had some decent games at CB. Can never question his effort and commitment regardless of ability so I wish you well Derrick all best and good luck at your new club Edited March 4, 2021 by Oldgregg86 2 Quote

Trybull is a loan ,so he will leave t the end of the season... Holtby contract up , will go back to Germany ..Ayala is the interesting one ,he could join Williams in US or off to Saudi again , after sitting out a year , "injured "and getting well paid... Riversider28 Posted March 4, 2021 Posted March 4, 2021 (edited) He should have been off loaded a while back. Swapping Daren Moor for the Hollywood Hills, he must be made up. Nice work if you can get it. Edited March 4, 2021 by Riversider28 Quote
