rovers11 Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 That’s actually a really good starting 11; really pleased to see Holtby and Naymbe starting. More confident now than I was before the team was announced. 1 Quote
davefarnworth Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Tony is safe. Fans will leave the ex-champions .Thanks Venkys Quote
danger19_80 Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 All those injuries and Chapman doesn't even make the bench 4 Quote

More confident now than I was before the team was announced. How is it? Do you not have a memory? Williams has been utterly useless at left back for two seasons. Plus Bennett st right back, if I was their manager I’d know exactly where to attack . Diakhaby will rinse him Edited October 19, 2019 by Sparks Rover Quote
Mercer Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Good to see Nyambe start - think Mowbray's management of the lad has been shocking. A midfield of Holtby, Johnson, Travis with Dack tucked in there will have far, far too much for the Terriers. IMO, Armstrong has one asset and that is pace - unfortunately I think he is bereft of skill and football intelligence. If he is preferred over Gallagher then, IMO, it just underlines what a poor, poor player Gallagher is with yet more £millions spunked away. Despite Huddersfield's improvement under Cowley this will be an easy Rovers' win by at least two goals 3 Quote

OldEwoodBlue Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 This is the lineup according to Sharpe. Thank God for Bell picking up that mysterious knee injury. As good as it gets this lineup. We just need to turn up and put the effort in now. Quote
chaddyrovers Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Look like 4 at the back from warm ups Nyambe Tosin Williams Bennett Bennett at left back Quote
JacknOry Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Surely Dack and AA should be swapping? Dack upfront has never worked Quote

Sparks Rover Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 That shows how Tony feels about Williams Quote
Miller11 Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 I think we will see the formation Frequently chopped and changed from about 20 minutes. I expect the supporters and players to have long periods of confusion as to who is playing where. Quote

JacknOry Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 The 3 at the back formation looked good but if its 4-2-3-1 with Bennett at lb and Dack upfront, i wont be so happy. Quote
