Backroom DE. Posted October 19, 2019 Backroom Posted October 19, 2019 Can see how much Dack is enjoying finally playing alongside someone on a similar level. 5 Quote

jones_rover Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Nyambe playing right in front of TM too. Hopefully the start of an extended run in the side! 1 Quote

Backroom Tom Posted October 19, 2019 Backroom Posted October 19, 2019 Holtby reminds me of Tugay and Berkovic, not in direct style but the way his brain is ahead of the rest of the pitch he knows exactly what he wants to do before he gets the ball 4 Quote
JacknOry Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Excellent response to going behind. Holtby and Dack together looks promising to say the least. Nyambe very impressive on his return apart from one misplaced clearence that could have been punished. Never seen him get forward so much. 2 Quote

Elphick passed it directly across his 18 year line weakly which hit a rovers player and Dack squared it to Holtby to tap in. Id say a slice of luck for them to make the mistake as opposed to clearing the lines led up to the goal Quote
frosty Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 (edited) Best first half at Ewood for absolutely ages. Dack loved having Rothwell in the team - somebody on the same wavelength - at the end of last season and it’s the same with Holtby now. Two good goals especially Dack’s. Tosin’s distribution and use of the ball is on another level compared to Lenihan (and all our other CBs). Ideal for getting the ball to the feet of Dack and Holtby in dangerous areas. Well done Nyambe too. Edited October 19, 2019 by frosty 3 Quote
Backroom DE. Posted October 19, 2019 Backroom Posted October 19, 2019 Really strong end to the first half. Huddersfield looked shellshocked by conceding the equaliser and never really recovered. Hopefully we can keep that momentum going in the second 45. Quote

He was dropped for essentially that reason - he's basically playing RW and gets caught out defensively as a result. Quote
Fraserkirky Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Just outrageous that Nyambe was frozen out. Playing very well, happy with the style. Holtby has no business in this league. What a signing! Quote
philipl Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 When I suggested starting Bennett at left back, I was joking. Quote
Gary C Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Good first half some great play. Holtby unlucky not to have two. His link up with Dack looks very promising. 1 Quote
Amo Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Dack and Holtby are different class... but we already knew that, didn't we? 1 Quote
yellowsubmarine Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Definitely deserved the lead. Horrible start - looks like dive from the Huddersfield player. But we came back well. Lets not throw this away Mowbray. 2 Quote

Proudtobeblue&white Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 Another piss-poor referee. 1 Quote

Joar Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 I like the throw in routines. Creating space for one player to have time to control the ball Quote
