Exiled in Toronto Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 No excuses for Rothwell today. Dack, Holtby with Bell on the overlap against the bottom team, he should rip them apart and create/score goals 2 Quote

Blue blood Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 I'd have put Graham up front but with Rothwell, Holtby and Dack behind Gally should get good service and when combined with the opposition quality if he can't score against them he really should give up. Our full backs look weak, very weak and that could cause us some problems. A defensive injury would also cause us a lot of peoblems. Travis has a lot to do as the only defence minded midfielder. That said we're at home verses the divisions weakest team so a fair bit of attacking flair is no bad thing. Still think a home banker. Up the Rovers. Quote

Good to see Rothwell starting in a match he should be able to influence. And really neither player should be anywhere near full back. Fortunately these are the only outfield players that look horrendously weak. The rest of the team looks decent. Quote

davulsukur Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Only minutes away from what feels like a huge, huge game in our season. I can't shake the dread of the new manager bounce for them. 2-2. Quote
Husky Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 (edited) It appears that even Tony isn't afraid of Barnsley's teenage reserve sweeper. That's how bad they are. Edited November 23, 2019 by Husky Quote
Backroom Tom Posted November 23, 2019 Backroom Posted November 23, 2019 Seems an odd atmosphere around, struggling to explain it but feels somehow muted Quote

G Somerset Rover Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Well good to see we’ve come racing out of the traps after another international break. Jesus Christ. 1 Quote
bluebruce Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Come on Armstrong, you're not Benni McCarthy, stop being offside. 3 times already. Quote
Stuart Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Gallagher our wide, Armstrong centre forward. Arma picked for his pace already caught offside twice receiving the ball to feet. Meanwhile Barnsley aren’t afraid, playing a high line despite his supposed speed. Either swap Arma and Gally over or bring on Graham. Imagine Garner out wide crossing to Sellars! 2 Quote
