USABlue Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Already said, big crowd, TV, increased interest, playing lowly team usually only means one thing for us. A loss.. Quote

Feed the Yak Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Bugger. No Tosin is a worry, hopefully a knock and he will be back soon. We should have enough though. C'mon Rovers!!! Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Tony deserves the benefit of the doubt but I’m very surprised Johnson isn’t starting - he was absolutely immense at Bristol City. Let’s hope we don’t miss Tosin too much too. COYB, 3 points please. Quote

Backroom DE. Posted December 23, 2019 Backroom Posted December 23, 2019 Pleased to see Rothwell in the starting lineup - if there's any game for him to really show what he can do it's this one. Tosin being out is a blow but Lenihan/Williams should be good enough for Wigan. Quote
neophox Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Im sure Derrick will do his best today as Tosin has been immense and will come back next game or two. Quote
Dan Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Still a strong team. Hopefully Rothwell and Armstrong can have good games and go at them from the off and provide some service for Super Danny. Quote
neophox Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 I hope Armstrong is fired up for this one. Our bench seems to have som matchwinners in Gally, Johnson and Holtby, great bench! Quote
Mercer Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Absolutely no worries about this one. We are playing bottom of the league Wigan with just two points from their last six matches and a -15 gd. Does anyone seriously doubt the outcome of tonight's match? Home banker - only question is by what goal margin. Banged on Rovers at 4/5 and thrown in some Christmas spice with a fiver on 5-1 at 90/1. Feet up, nice bottle of red, bring it on. 1 Quote

scotchrover Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Word of warning..... The turnstiles aren’t reading season tickets chaps- I’ve Just had to queue up for a paper one, to get in. Quote
OldEwoodBlue Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 £10 tickets no tax vs £25 - £30 tickets + Waggott Tax You decide Quote
Stuart Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Yet another late/mystery injury. Adarabioyo has been a fixture of our recent success. At least Bell and Bennett aren’t starting. C’mon Rovers! 2 Quote
Blue blood Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Williams for Tosin is a huge step down in terms of quality. When compared to any decent centre back - as oppose to his insipid performances at left back - Williams is mediocre at best. Given Tosin and Lenihen seem to both miss a number of games it seems essential to get in another centre back in January. That said no complaints with the team - even Williams (who else could.deputise?) 1 Quote

Admiral Nelsen Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Losing Tosin is a very big blow, but Williams started the season well. Otherwise the team I would've picked. Come on Rovers! Quote
OldEwoodBlue Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 very long queue at the ticket office. club unprepared ? kick off delayed ? Quote
