OldEwoodBlue Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 4 home points dropped. We would be 5th (joint 3rd). All downhill from here. Absolute dog shit. 2 Quote
Husky Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Another point. The unbeaten run continues. Zzzzzzzz! Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 (edited) 20 changes in our last three games. Not a chance of the play-offs when you’re chopping and changing like that. Edited December 26, 2019 by Gavlar Somerset Rover! 3 Quote
andyroversmad Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Piss poor. One goal and two points from home matches against Wigan and Birmingham Quote
jim mk2 Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Two wins in this and the last game and we would have been sitting pretty in 4th as it stands. Two points out of 6 and 4 dropped at home to lower opposition is not a top 6 team. Rubbish, Mowbray. 1 Quote
AdamRochina Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 two home games in a row two poor performances, 4 points dropped, needs to be better, hope we have a good transfer window though to give us a really good chance 1 Quote
Backroom Tom Posted December 26, 2019 Backroom Posted December 26, 2019 Argh that’s frustrating Two very winnable games and we revert to type, seems as a club we buckle when we get close to the play offs Quote
Mr. E Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 As clueless as Mowbray is, I'm done with this forward line as well. The whole lot of them need to go. Wherever you play them, right or wrong positions, the fact of the matter is they are not good enough and thats it. Just an all around lack of quality. Good for them that they can score on a counter away from home when the other team is open and attacking - sorry but thats no achievement. They need to go but they won't because of TM's stubborn "loyalty." Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 **** knows what mowbray will come up with for the next two games, there was nothing to be scared of on monday night and nothing to worry about today, what do we get, insipid ***** and dropped points Quote
jim mk2 Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Hats off to Stoke Goals in 93rd and 97th min to beat Owls 3-2. 1 Quote
stinny1 Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 This team needs investment in January because if TM doesn't Rovers will run out of steam ,Left back his a must, a goal scorer is another and a proper winger with paces on the right wing we aren't scoring enough goals , Billy Sharpe on loan would do for me 1 Quote
yellowsubmarine Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Mowbray will say "hey look, we are still unbeaten in 8". 1 Quote
neophox Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Two Poor games now so probably a win at Hudds coming up. No easy games, all top teams except Brentford lost points today. Sorry but what we need is tosin back and attacking players knowing how to score. Quote
Backroom DE. Posted December 26, 2019 Backroom Posted December 26, 2019 Same old same old. Hopefully we won't be back to waiting another couple of months for the next win. Quote

yellowsubmarine Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 We have missed Dack. Buckley, Holtby and Rothwell are no Dacky. Quote
rovers11 Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Very drab game, much like the one on Monday night. Bell showing why a new LB needs to be on the shopping list in Jan. He does some decent things going forward but overall nowhere near up to it. No one really stood out today, but we looked solid at the back again. I don’t really buy into the “we’ve had two easy home games” because there is nothing between the top and bottom in this league, the results today show that once again. I’d certainly have taken our league position at the beginning of the season - a perfect position to make the play offs if we make a couple of good Jan additions. 2 Quote
LDRover Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 It's all a bit too predictable isn't it? In sight of the top 6, coming off a good run of results, 2 winnable home games to come and , as per, we see our arses and bang the handbrake on. 4 Quote
Amo Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 You can get away with chopping and changing when it gets results (a la Bristol City) but more often than not it's never worked, and today was no exception. More points dropped against another of the division's weaker sides. 2 Quote
joey_big_nose Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Draw looked a fair result. The real key point is that without Tosin our possession game collapses, he opens up the game, allows everyone to push up. Wihout him we become very predictable. How long is it till he's back? Quote
stinny1 Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 We've no chance of playoffs with the lads up front we need a seasoned stricker a one in two games guy Quote

The guy doesn't know his best 11. Graham might be 34 but we have no one better than him..I think TM has took the club as far as he can...He is far to negative. Going to Ewood is so boring these days. 4 Just now, Mr. E said: As clueless as Mowbray is, I'm done with this forward line as well. The whole lot of them need to go.
